Steve Stone passed away peacefully at his Winter home in Hawaii on Wednesday 6th January 2010 and our condolences go to Maini Stone and her family and friends.
Steve inscribed and mailed all copies of his acclaimed book celebrating the Staffordshire Bull Terrier to North American customers personally, so we regret that North American Stafford fanciers who wish to purchase the book will experience longer delivery times as copies of his book are now shipped from the UK.

Steve Stone imported Finland's first Stafford in April 1964 and was co-founder of the SBT Club of Finland. Returning to the USA in 1966, Steve founded the SBTC/USA and Registry 1967, beginning the drive for entry into the AKC.
